Homemade fruit chaat is a refreshing and tangy dish with fresh fruits seasoned with masala, lemon juice, and sugar. Perfect for a light snack, this chaat is easy to prepare and packed with flavour.

Ingredients

1 medium apple, cored and diced 1 pear, cored and diced 1 large mango, diced (slightly unripe) 15-20 cherries, pitted and diced 2 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp sugar Salt, to taste Lemon juice, to taste

Step 1

Combine diced apple, pear, mango, and cherries in a large bowl. Sprinkle the chaat masala, sugar, and salt over the fruits.

Step 2

Add a squeeze of lemon juice to the fruit mixture. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.

Step 3

Taste the chaat and adjust the seasoning if needed.

Step 4

Refrigerate the fruit chaat for one hour before serving.
