Quick And Easy Farali Paneer Roll For Fasting Days

Ingredients

2 boiled potatoes 2 cups mashed paneer 1 Green chilli 1/2 tsp ginger 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp sendha namak (rock salt) 7-8 Raisins 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp cardamom powder A pinch of nutmeg 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp ghee

Step 1

In a bowl, combine boiled potatoes and mashed paneer. Add chopped green chilli and grated ginger to the mixture.

Step 2

Add the cumin powder, sendha namak, raisins, black pepper powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg, and chopped coriander leaves.

Step 3

Blend the ingredients well until a cohesive dough forms. Shape the dough into rolls of desired size.

Step 4

Heat ghee in a pan and place the rolls in it for pan-frying. Fry the rolls on medium heat until they turn golden brown on all sides. Serve hot with your favourite dips.
