Quick And Easy Eggless Brownies To Satiate A Sugar Craving

These gooey brownies need basic pantry ingredients such as flour, sugar, and cocoa, melted butter and milk. Adding chocolate chips gives it extra richness. The baked brownies make for a delicious treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/4 cup chopped nuts 

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix. Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.

Step 5

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Be careful not to overbake, as this can make the brownies dry.

Step 6

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
