Quick And Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Save this hassle-free cookie dough idea to soothe the midnight sugar cravings. No stand mixer is required, make this dough in a bowl with a spoon.

Ingredients - ½ cup butter, ⅔ cup brown sugar, ⅓ cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1⅓ cup AP flour, ½ tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt, ½ cup milk chocolate chips, and ½ cup bittersweet chocolate chips.

Melt the butter in a microwave.

Add the molten butter to a mixing bowl followed by the two kinds of sugars. Whisk them till the sugar is dissolved.

Add the egg and vanilla extract and incorporate them into the mixture.

Add the dry ingredients in flour, baking soda, and salt, and fold them in with the mixture.
