1/2 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup sorghum flour 1/2 cup besan 1/2 cup ragi flour 1 cup curd 1 cup fenugreek, chopped 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp green paste 1 tsp red pepper (crushed) 1 tsp ajwain to taste salt 1 tsp coriander powder A pinch of hing 2 tbsp oil
Mix all the flour in a big utensil to knead the dough. Add curd, a teaspoon of oil and spices to it and mix. Add water as needed.
Grease it with oil and keep it aside for some time. After some time, make a ball and roll it into a round shape.
Apply oil on a hot griddle and cook till it becomes crispy from both sides. Once done, serve hot.
