Quick And Easy Aata Veg Cheela For Breakfast

Here’s combining the goodness of atta and vegetables in the humble cheela. While atta gives you a good amount of protein and fibre, vegetables add essential minerals and vitamins to your meal.  

Ingredients

1 Cup Atta   to taste Salt   1/2 Haldi   1/4 cups Dahi   1/2 tsp Ajwain   Water, as required   1 Ginger, grated  

Ingredients

2-3 Green Chillies, chopped   1 tbsp Capsicum, chopped   2 tbsp Carrot, grated   1 tbsp Beans, chopped   2 tbsp Onion   Handful of freshly chopped coriander leaves

Step 1

Take atta, dahi, ajwain, salt and haldi in a mixing bowl. Add curd and mix.  

Step 2

Add water to it as requited and prepare a cheela batter. Add all the vegetables and mix well.  

Step 3

Heat a tawa and grease with oil. Add a ladleful of cheela batter on the tawa and spread well. 

Step 4

Cook both the sides and serve hot.
