Besan ka ladoo is a beloved Indian sweet, often made as prasad during festivals. Here’s a simple 3-ingredient version that’s perfect for quick and delicious offerings.
2 cups besan (gram flour) 1 cup ghee 1 cup powdered sugar
Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Once melted, add besan. Roast the besan in the ghee, stirring continuously, until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma. This usually takes about 15-20 minutes.
Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.Add powdered sugar to the roasted besan and mix well until fully combined.
While the mixture is still warm, shape it into small round ladoos using your hands. Allow the ladoos to cool completely before serving as prasad.
