1 Cup whole wheat flour 1 Cup gram flour 1 Cup chickpea flour 1 Cup chopped onion 1/4 Cup chopped green chillies 1 Tsp red chilli powder 1/4 Cup Anardana seeds 1/4 Cup garlic 1/2 Tsp cumin powder 1 Tsp Dry Kasuri methi 1 Bowl Yellow dal 3/4 Cup water Ghee as required Salt to taste
Take whole wheat flour, besan and chickpea flour, add chopped green chillies, anardana, chopped garlic, chopped onions, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and Kasuri methi and mix in a bowl.
Add Yellow Dal and water and knead the mixture in a dough.
Roll the dough ball with a rolling pin after dividing it into tiny sections.
Keep the rolled dough a little thick. Place it on the hot tawa and spread ghee on both sides while cooking.
Serve the hot Missi Rotis with unsalted butter and the flavourful Saag.
