Rice 1 cup, Toor Dal ½ Cup Moong Dal ½ Cup Water as needed Ghee 1 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds Red Chilli Powder Onion, Garlic, Ginger Green Chilli Chopped Tomato 1 Large Chopped Salt Turmeric Powder ½ tsp Coriander Powder ½ tsp Vegetables of Choice Garam Masala Fresh Coriander

Rinse rice and dals in a bowl and soak them in water for 10-15 mins.

Heat ghee and oil in a pressure cooker.

Sauté cumin seeds, bay leaf, red chilli, and onion until translucent.

Add ginger, garlic, and green chillies, and sauté briefly.
