This Indian street food favourite is filled with spiced cilantro chutney and delicious vegetables, then grilled to perfection. Try this authentic Grilled Veg Sandwich recipe for a new veggie-laden treat!
2 tbsp chopped carrot, capsicum, tomato, paneer, boiled potato 2 tbsp sweet corn 1 tsp schezwan chutney ½ tsp salt ½ tsp mixed herbs 3 tbsp cheese, grated Bread slices Butter, for toasting
Combine all chopped vegetables, paneer, and boiled potato in a bowl. Add schezwan chutney, salt, mixed herbs, and grated cheese; mix well.
Spread butter on two bread slices. Spread schezwan chutney on the buttered bread slices.
Place cheese slices and stuff the prepared vegetable mixture. Add another cheese slice and cover with the second bread slice.
Toast on a pan with butter until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy your Grilled Veg Sandwich hot, with an extra dollop of schezwan chutney if desired.
