Kebabs are the perfect tea-time snack for any evening. While they can be made with meat or vegetables, you can take the recipe to the next level by adding cheese. Follow this recipe to make crispy cheese kebabs.
2 potatoes, boiled and mashed 1 cup chopped vegetables 1/2 cup grated cheese 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves 1 tablespoon chopped ginger 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1 tablespoon besan Salt to taste Oil for frying
Combine mashed potatoes, chopped vegetables, grated cheese, and all the spices.
Take small portions of the mixture and form patties.
In a separate plate, mix breadcrumbs and besan. Coat each kebab patty with the mixture.
Deep-fry, shallow fry or air fry the kebabs till crispy on all sides.
Drain excess oil and serve with your favourite chutney.
