Quick 3 Ingredients Kalakand Recipe

Here is the EASIEST recipe to make market style Kalakand at your home with only 3 ingredients! ( Condensed Milk, Paneer & Flavourings) This fudgy sweet is easy to customize and is naturally gluten free.

Ingredients

Condensed Milk Paneer Sugar Rose water Nuts & dry fruits Oil

Step 1

Add sweetened condensed milk to a thick bottomed pan or kadai & heat.

Step 2

Add the grated or crumbled paneer to the condensed milk, stir slowly and mix well.

Step 3

Add sugar as per your preference, or any sweetener to make it perfect in taste.

Step 4

Cook this for around 15-20 mins and the batter will become absolutely perfect in consistency and texture!

Step 5

Meanwhile, grease a pan or a tray with some ghee or oil. You can also line it with parchment paper.

Step 6

Remove the pan from the heat. cardamom powder (or flavoring of choice) and 1 teaspoon rose water. Stir very well to evenly incorporate it.

Step 7

Now pour the kalakand mixture in the prepared pan or plate.

Step 8

Top it with your favourite nuts & dry fruits.

Step 9

Cover and allow the kalakand to cool completely at room temperature / Fridge, until it is set to slice into pieces.

Step 10

Serve and enjoy !
