Roti Quesadillas 

Start by sprinkling butter on your roti. Sprinkle shredded cheese, chopped bell peppers, cooked chicken or paneer on half of it. Fold it over and grill until it’s golden and crispy.

Roti Wrap With Curry 

Heat the curry be it chicken, veggies or lentils in a pan. Place the roti on a flat surface. Spoon some of the hot curry into it. Roll it up tightly and your wrap is ready.

Roti Pizza 

Spread some tamoto sauce or ketchup on your roti. Sprinkle some shredded cheese and add your favourite toppings. Insert it in the oven until the cheese melts and bubbles.
