You could skip the alcohol completely for this recipe to make yourself a beautiful lemonade to sip on or add a healthy dose of fun if your busy day is bringing you down.
40 ml unsweetened butterfly pea flower tea 1 tablespoon honey 60 ml fresh lemonade 30 ml vodka
Add the honey and butterfly pea flower tea to a shaker and stir until the honey has dissolved.
Add plenty of ice along with the lemonade and vodka, and shake to combine.
Strain and serve in a glass of your choice, garnished with fresh mint before serving cold.
