1 cup peanuts 1/2 cup cashews 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup puffed rice 1/4 cup curry leaves 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste
Roast peanuts, cashews, sesame seeds, and puffed rice in a dry skillet until lightly browned and fragrant.
Heat oil in a small pan. Add cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir for a few seconds.
Add the roasted nuts, seeds, and puffed rice to the tadka. Toss to coat evenly.
Let the mixture cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
