Punjabi-Style Paneer Tikka For Your Weekend Barbecue Night

What’s better than to have a barbecue night and make the most of your weekend? If you’re planning one, here’s a Punjabi-style paneer tikka recipe that everyone would enjoy.

Ingredients

250 gms paneer, cut into cubes 1/2 cup dahi 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chaat masala 2 tbsp besan 1 tbsp mustard oil Salt to taste

Step 1

Mix dahi, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, fenugreek leaves, garam masala, chaat masala, besan, mustard oil, and salt.

Step 2

Marinate the paneer cubes in the mixture and let them rest for at least an hour.

Step 3

Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers and grill till golden brown.

Step 4

Transfer tikkas into a serving tray. Pair with your favourite chutney and enjoy.
