Lassi is a classic summer drink that keeps your body cool and nourishes it as well. Whether you want to pair a cool drink with your meals or simply quench your thirst, try this Punjabi recipe to make lassi.
2 cups dahi ¾ cup chilled milk 3-4 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon green cardamom pods Ice cubes as required Cardamom powder for garnishing
Blend dahi, sugar, and crushed cardamom pods until you get a creamy mixture.
Blend in chilled milk to get a smooth lassi.
Before pouring lassi into glasses, add a few ice cubes.
Garnish each glass with ground cardamom and serve.
