Chabeel, also known as kachi lassi, is a quintessential Punjabi summer beverage. The rose-flavoured pink drink being served on roadsides is a common sight in Punjab. Here’s how you can make it at home.
4 cups chilled water 2 cups milk 1/2 cup rose syrup 1 cup ice cubes
Take a jar and make sure the water and milk are chilled to make the chabeel.
Mix water, milk, rose syrup, and sugar till they are thoroughly mixed.
Stir in the ice cubes and refrigerate till the time of serving.
