Punjabi meetha puda is a sweet flatbread that is enjoyed on a typical rainy day. You can have it for breakfast or as a quick snack paired with achaar or chutney.
2 cups atta (whole wheat flour) 1 cup suji 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon fennel seeds (saunf) Oil for frying Water as needed
Mix atta, suji, sugar, and saunf. Add water to make a smooth batter. Let it rest.
Heat a tawa, add some ghee and pour a spoonful of batter. Spread it into a thin circle.
Let it cook till the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for another minute.
Garnish with ghee or honey and serve with achaar or chutney.
