Ingredients

2 brinjal 1 cup besan ½ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon cumin powder ½ teaspoon coriander powder A pinch of hing 1 tablespoon chopped curry leaves Salt to taste Oil for frying

Step 1

Slice the eggplants into circular disks. Set aside.

Mix besan, curry leaves, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, hing, salt, and water.

Heat some oil. Coat the baingan slices in the besan batter.
