2 + ¼ cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder ¼ cup sugar ¼ cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 pinch nutmeg powder 1 pinch clove powder ½ cup cooked pumpkin, mashed ½ cup cold butter, cubed 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ cup heavy cream 1 pinch salt

Combine the flour, baking powder, spices and cold butter in a bowl and use your fingers to rub the flour against the butter.

Once you have a mixture that resembles wet sand, set it aside while you combine the mashed pumpkin, heavy cream, vanilla, salt and sugars.

Pour the wet mixture into the reserved dry mix and use a spatula to fold the ingredients into a sticky dough.

Rest in the fridge for an hour before rolling it out into a ¼-inch thick sheet.
