500 gm pumpkin 2 tbsp desi ghee 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 1/2 tsp almonds 1/2 tsp raisins 1/2 tsp pistachios
Take pumpkin and peel it. Cut the pumpkin into cubes.
Heat ghee in a pan and add fennel seeds. Now, add pumpkin cubes.
Cook until the pumpkin becomes soft and mushy. Now, add milk. Let it cook.
Cook the mixture until the milk gets completely evaporated. Stir well.
Meanwhile, heat ghee in a pan and toast almonds. Now grind all the nuts and garnish the halwa.
Serve and enjoy!
