Spinach rice or different kinds of greens in your rice can be quite bland in taste. Have you ever thought of adding lots of pudina to your rice to freshen up the taste with a lovely aroma? Try this unique pudina rice for your brunch.
2 cups cooked rice 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon oil
In some heated oil, add cumin seeds, onion, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add cooked rice and stir in chopped mint leaves.
Toss the mixture until the herbs are evenly spread, and add lemon juice. Serve hot.
