Looking for a healthy and tasty breakfast to start your day? Try this protein-packed cheela made with the goodness of moong sprouts and fresh spinach.
1 cup chickpea flour, 1/2 cup blanched spinach puree, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp carom seeds, 1/2 tsp chilli paste, 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 2 tsp sprouted moong, 1 tsp shredded cheese, 2 tsp shredded paneer, 3 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp sprouted moong for garnish
In a bowl, add chickpea flour, spinach puree, salt, carom seeds, chilli paste and ginger paste with 1/4 cup water. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
In a non-stick pan heat 1 tsp of oil and pour in the batter with ladle. Sprinkle some sprouted moong on the top. Flip and cook both the sides.
Garnish the chilla with cheese, paneer, sprouted moong,and serve hot with ketchup.
