Sesame paneer fingers are delicious, with a crispy outside and juicy interior. Perfect for sharing or munching on by yourself.

1 boiled sweet potato 2 tbsp beans, chopped 2 tbsp carrot, chopped 2 tbsp capsicum, chopped 2 tbsp coriander, chopped 1 tsp garlic, chopped 1 chilli, chopped 1 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp sesame seeds 200g paneer
Mash the cooked sweet potatoes and combine with the mixed, finely chopped veggies. Add seasonings according to your liking.
The paneer can be cut into long pieces or shaped whatever you choose. Coat each paneer slice with the masala mixture that has been prepared.
Spread a layer of the masala mix on one side. In a plate add the sesame seeds and then coat it well on the paneer layered with masala.
Put the sesame-coated paneer in a hot grill pan with little oil. Cook the paneer and sesame seeds on a grill until they are both browned. For a healthier alternative, try air frying them.
When the sesame paneer fingers are done, top them with a dollop of mint chutney and serve hot.
