Protein-Rich Paneer Bhurji You Can Whip Up In 10 Minutes

Paneer bhurji is a quick and nutritious dish to whip up in your kitchen. Made with paneer, chopped vegetables, and a blend of spices, it just takes ten minutes to serve a light meal.

Ingredients

200 grams paneer 1 onion 1 green chilli 1 tomato 1-inch ginger 3-4 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves Oil for cooking

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, and garlic. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.

Step 3

Add chopped tomatoes,  turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala.

Step 4

Mix in crumbled paneer and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt.

Step 5

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with a roti.
