Protein-rich Green Moong Cutlets A Perfect Monsoon Snack

Green moong cutlets are a delicious and filling monsoon snack. These cutlets are the perfect addition to any rainy-day menu, as they are both nutritious and delicious. 

Ingredients 

Overnight soaked green moong Hung curd Paneer Green chilli Ginger Garlic Coriander Roasted cumin powder Salt to taste  

Step 1 

Blend the overnight soaked moong in a blender with hung curd, paneer, green chilli, garlic, ginger, roasted cumin powder & salt to taste.  

Step 2 

Do not add additional water or else the mixture might get too watery. We want the consistency to be sticky so that we can form cutlets.  

Step 3 

After the mixture is ready, you can form small cutlets out of it and shallow fry it on a pan with some ghee.  

Step 4 

Let it turn brown on both sides & serve it with green chutney, ketchup or yoghurt. Enjoy!
