Protein Rich Egg Toasties Recipe For The Gym Freaks

Ingredients

4 eggs 2 tbsp besan 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp black pepper 4 bread loaves Refined oil Salt as per preference Chopped green chillies

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, whisk together besan, eggs, green chillies and the spices. Make sure there are no lumps.

Step 2

Coat the bread completely in the batter and heat oil in a shallow pan.

Step 3

Fry both sides of the bread till they are golden. Enjoy with some ketchup.
