Protein Rich Creamy Chicken Salad For Dinner Tonight

Had enough food in the weekends and now yearning for a healthy, delicious and sumptuous meal? We present before you the tasty creamy chicken salad recipe which can be easily made at home without putting much effort. With all the healthy ingredients, this chicken salad will make your dinner satisfying. Take a look at the recipe: 

Ingredients

1-2 breast chicken 6-7 tomatoes 1 chopped onion 1 zucchini 2 lettuce leaves 1 cup hung curd 3 tbsp fresh crem 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp red chilli flakes Salt and pepper 

Step 1

Wash and soak the veggies. Drain the excess water. 

Step 2

Chop the veggies. Meanwhile wash the chicken breasts.

Step 3

Soak the lettuce leaves 

Step 4

In a pressure cooker, add the chicken pieces with a dash of salt. Pressure cook for 2 whistles and let it cool down.

Step 5

Take a bowl, add hung curd, fresh cream, oregano, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. 

Step 6

Add the veggies. Mix well with the cream. Serve.
