Protein-Packed Kala Chana Sandwich For A Nutritious Meal

A protein-packed treat, the Kala Chana Sandwich combines the health benefits of black chickpeas with aromatic spices. 

Ingredients

1/2 cup boiled kala Chana Garlic chopped 1 clove Onion chopped 1/4th cup 2-3 tbsp Hung Curd 1 tsp sriracha or any hot sauce salt and pepper Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Pizza Seasonings 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Step 1  

Cut slices of paneer and cook with some oil and sesame seeds, sprinkle some salt and pepper in the end. 

Step 2 

Boil Black Chana and let it cool down. 

Step 3 

Mash the kala chana and mix everything else. 

Step 4 

Toast the bread slices, it's optional. 

Step 5

Layer with lettuce, chana mix, paneer, tomatoes, cucumber, and green chutney and serve.
