Brown rice 1 cup Water 9 cups Probiotic thick Curd 1/2 cup Water 1 cup Scraped Coconut 1/2 cup Coriander leaves 1/4 cup Mint leaves 1/4 cup Lemon juice 1 tbsp Green chillies 5-6 Ginger 1 inch piece Pink salt 1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder 1 tsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Chopped Shallots 3-4 Hand full of Curry leaves Pinch of Hing or Asafoetida Small Mustard seeds 1 tsp White Oil 1 tbsp
Wash & Soak Brown rice for at least 2 hrs. Pressure cook 1 cup brown rice with 9 cups of water until 4 whistles on medium flame.
Make sure Brown rice should be soft & cooked rice-water solutions should be thin, as it will become thick after cool.
Take out cooked rice-water solution into a earthen pot & cool completely. After that cover the top of the earthen pot with a muslin cloth & place a dish or any lid on it.
