An instant solution to hunger pangs can be a delicious sandwich that can be prepared in under 10 minutes. It is easy to make and add nutrition to the body along with curbing cravings. Try this recipe.

Ingredients

1 sliced tomato 1 sliced onion 2-3 lettuce leaves 1 tbsp sandwich spread 1 tbsp green chutney 4-5 olives 1 tbsp butter/ garlic butter 1 sliced cucumber Salt to taste ⅛ tsp black pepper ¼ tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp mayonnaise 2-4 slices of bread

Step 1

Take slices of bread and spread chutney and sandwich spread of your choice.

Step 2

Lay lettuce leaves to prepare a bed for vegetables.

Step 3

Layer tomato, onion, and cucumber slices. Top them with olives.

Step 4

Add mayonnaise on the top with a dollop of chutney.

Step 5

Sprinkle salt to taste, black pepper, and red chilli powder.

Step 6

Roast the sandwich on a hot skillet with butter or garlic butter and enjoy.
