Prepare Some Mango Smoothie For Weight Loss

A cool mango smoothie is an excellent way to jumpstart your weight loss efforts because it is high in both fibre and vitamins. 

Ingredients 

Ripe mango chunks, Greek yogurt, almond milk, a handful of spinach, and a teaspoon of honey (optional). 

Step 1 

Mix together 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, ½ cup of Greek yoghurt, 1 cup of unripe mango chunks, 1 handful of spinach leaves, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, and 1 cup of chia seeds. 

Step 2 

To achieve a cold consistency, ice cubes should be added. 

Step 3 

Sweeten to taste using honey or another natural sweetener, but we recommend skipping this step.
