Make a refreshing cucumber smoothie at home with a tropical twist. This easy recipe combines cucumber with banana and pineapple, creating a nutritious, delicious drink perfect for any time of day.
½ cup Greek yoghurt (or coconut milk) 1 cup peeled and chopped cucumber 1 ripe banana, broken into pieces 1 cup chopped pineapple 1 handful spinach leaves 10 ice cubes 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice (optional)
Peel and chop the cucumber into small pieces.
Add cucumber and chopped pineapple to the blender. Break the banana into chunks and add to the blender.
Add spinach leaves, Greek yoghurt, and lime juice. Place the ice cubes into the blender.
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately or store in a sealed jar for up to one day.
