Prepare Quick And Simple Homemade Cucumber Dosa In Minutes

Instant cucumber dosa is a light, refreshing South Indian dish with rice flour and fresh cucumber. Quick to prepare, it’s an ideal breakfast option that brings a unique taste to your morning.

Ingredients

Rice flour – 1/2 cup Yoghurt – 1/4 cup Mini cucumber – 3 Green chilli – 1 Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp Coconut – 1 tbsp Ginger – a small piece Coriander leaves – a few Salt – as needed Oil – as needed (for cooking)

Step 1

Wash and roughly chop the cucumbers. In a bowl, add rice flour and yoghurt.

Step 2

Grind chilli, cucumber, coriander, ginger, coconut, and cumin seeds to a fine paste.

Step 3

Add the paste to the rice flour and yoghurt mixture in the bowl.

Step 4

Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup water, mixing to a slightly thinner-than-dosa batter consistency.

Step 5

Heat a pan over medium heat, pour the batter, and spread gently.

Step 6

Drizzle oil on top, cook until one side is done, flip, and cook the other. Serve hot.
