Prepare Homemade Litchi Juice Recipe In Just 5 Steps

Litchi Juice (Lychee Juice) is a sweet and slightly tangy beverage, full of flavours of the seasonal fruit, litchi and lemon. This is perfect for a refreshing summer drink.

Ingredients

12 to 15 litchis 3.5 cups water at room temperature or cold 1 large lemon or 2 small to medium-sized lemons 2 to 3 tbsp raw sugar or white sugar, adjust as needed Mint leaves for garnish (optional) Lemon slices for garnish (optional) Ice cubes (optional)

Step 1

Remove the leathery skin of the litchi fruit. Remove the fleshy pulp with a paring knife or clean fingers, and discard the seeds.

Step 2

In a blender, put all the litchi fruit pulp and make a smooth and fine puree without adding any water.

Step 3

In a jar, add the litchi puree, water, and sugar.

Step 4

Halve the lemon and extract the juice directly into the jar using a lemon squeezer. Mix and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.

Step 5

Pour litchi juice into glasses, add ice cubes, and garnish with mint leaves or lemon slices if desired. Serve immediately.
