Prepare Homemade Blueberry Juice With Just 4 Ingredients

Blueberries are packed with nutrients and a refreshing taste. You can prepare this delicious drink at home with just four simple ingredients.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup water 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 to 2 tbsp raw sugar (optional)

Step 1

Rinse fresh blueberries in water multiple times to ensure they are clean.

Step 2

Soak the blueberries in water mixed with 1 tbsp vinegar and ½ tsp baking soda for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

Rinse the blueberries again in clean water twice and drain completely.

Step 4

Add the blueberries to a blender jar and add raw sugar if desired.

Step 5

Pour 1 cup of water into the blender; use room temperature or cold water. Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice to the blender.

Step 6

Blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth.

Step 7

Pour the blueberry juice into glasses and serve immediately.
