Prepare Healthy Homemade Sattu Drink In Just 10 Minutes

Sattu drink is a quick, healthy beverage made from roasted black chickpea flour. Perfect for hot days, this drink is refreshing, packed with nutrients, and simple to prepare in just a few minutes.

Ingredients

1.5 litres chilled water 6 tbsp sattu (roasted black chickpea flour) 4-6 tbsp sugar or jaggery (as per taste) ¼ tsp black salt (optional) Lemon or lime juice (optional)

Step 1

Pour chilled water into a glass or mug. Add 2 tbsp of sattu to each glass of water.

Step 2

Mix in sugar or jaggery as per taste. Add a pinch of black salt for flavour (optional).

Step 3

Stir the drink thoroughly until everything is well combined.

Step 4

Serve the sattu drink immediately, or chill and stir before serving later.
