Learn how to make refreshing homemade cranberry juice with simple ingredients. This easy recipe shows how to create delicious juice in just a few steps.
2 cups water 8 cups fresh or frozen cranberries 1-1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup orange juice
Bring 2 cups of water and cranberries to a boil in a large saucepan.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer the cranberries for 20 minutes until they begin to pop.
Strain the mixture through a fine strainer, pressing down to extract the juice.
Return the juice to the pan, then stir in the sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves.
Remove the pan from heat and let the juice cool down before transferring it to a pitcher.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate the juice until fully chilled.
