Ahead of the Lohri, Pongal, and Makar Sankranti celebrations, it’s time to indulge in delightful homemade sweets like ladoos. This year, make peanut ladoo to add warmth to your meals and enjoy the festivities.
2/3 cups jaggery 1 cup raw peanuts 1 cup rolled oats ⅓ cup grated jaggery ¼ tsp cardamom powder
Roast peanuts in either a pan or oven and remove the delicate skin.
Blend oats into a coarse powder. Meanwhile, crush peanuts in a mortar or pestle.
Take a saucepan and melt jaggery in it.
Pour melted jaggery into the dry mixture of peanuts and oats.
Top it with grated jaggery and combine the ingredients. Shape this mixture into ladoos.
Enjoy peanut ladoos or store them in an airtight jar.
