Methi Paratha is a wholesome, flavourful flatbread made with fresh fenugreek leaves. It's a quick, healthy meal that pairs perfectly with yoghurt, pickles, or curries. A must-try for a nutritious bite.
2 cups whole wheat flour (240g) 1 cup fresh methi leaves 1 tsp chopped green chillies 1.5 tsp finely chopped garlic 2 tsp oil or ghee ⅓ cup water ½ tsp salt Ghee or oil for roasting
Mix whole wheat flour, methi leaves, garlic, green chillies, salt, and oil in a bowl.
Add water slowly to the mix and knead it into a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each into a flat disc.
Heat a tawa or pan and place the rolled paratha on it. Cook the paratha on one side until small bubbles appear.
Flip the paratha, add ghee or oil, and cook both sides until golden brown.
