Beetroot kebabs are a healthy and delicious vegetarian snack, combining the goodness of beetroot and tofu. With a crispy oat coating and a tasty cashew filling, these kebabs are perfect for any occasion.
1 cup grated beetroot 1/2 packet firm tofu 1/2 tbsp garlic paste 1 tbsp aamchoor powder 1 tbsp roasted & crushed anardana Pinch of chaat masala Rock salt, to taste 1/4 cup chopped cashew nuts 1/2 cup crushed oats Oil, to pan fry
Mix grated beetroot, tofu, garlic paste, aamchoor, anardana, chaat masala, and rock salt in a bowl.
Mince the mixture by hand and shape it into round patties with cashew nut filling.
Coat the prepared kebabs evenly with crushed oats. Heat oil in a flat pan and lightly fry the kebabs until golden.
Remove from pan and serve hot with a dollop of green chutney.
