This creamy coconut milkshake is a quick and refreshing treat, perfect for summer days. Made with just 5 simple ingredients, it takes only minutes to blend into a smooth, delicious milkshake.
1 cup dairy-free vanilla ice cream 1 cup full-fat coconut milk 1 cup ice cubes Vegan whipped cream (optional) Toasted coconut flakes (optional)
Add the dairy-free vanilla ice cream, coconut milk, and ice cubes to a blender.
Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Taste the milkshake to check the thickness and sweetness. If needed, adjust the consistency with more ice cream or coconut milk.
Pour the milkshake into a chilled glass for serving. Top with vegan whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes, if desired.
