Prepare Chilli Cheese Noodles In Just 15 minutes

These Chilli Cheese Noodles combine spicy, cheesy, and creamy flavours for a perfect quick meal.

Ingredients

100g noodles (dry) 2 tbsp vegetable or sunflower oil 2 garlic cloves, chopped 1 spring onion, sliced 1 chilli, chopped 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce

Ingredients

1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 2 tbsp cream cheese 2 tbsp grated cheese (cheddar, parmesan, etc.) 1 tsp sugar or honey

Step 1

Cook the noodles according to the package directions.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a small pan over high heat until sizzling.

Step 3

Place the garlic, spring onion, and chilli in a bowl. Pour the hot oil over them and mix well.

Step 4

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white wine vinegar, cream cheese, grated cheese, and sugar or honey.

Step 5

Stir in 2 tbsp water. Toss the noodles in the sauce until fully coated. Serve hot.
