Chicken is marinated, then formed onto skewers and grilled through to make chicken kebabs. You can easily make these delicious chicken kebabs at home!
165 g boneless chicken 2 tbsp curd 1 ⅕ tbsp oil 1 tbsp lemon juice ½ tsp masala 1 tsp garlic ginger paste ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ medium-sized onion
Clean the chicken and pat dry. 1. Add the chicken pieces and a pinch of salt to a pressure cooker for two whistles.
Combine yoghurt, turmeric, cumin, coriander, lemon juice, red chilli powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl and add chicken chunks after whisking.
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer. Give the kebabs the proper form on the skewer before transferring them to a platter.
Dust them with flour to prevent breaking. The chicken chunks should be well cooked after grilling on a moderate flame for 5 minutes on each side, or 5 minutes total.
Serve the kebabs hot with chutney after giving them five minutes to settle.
