Alcohol increases the risk of still birth and can affect many aspects of fetal development. So, it's better to keep the champagne toasts waiting.

Sorry coffee addicts, but coffee, tea and soft drinks contain caffeine that can affect the placenta. If you really want, 200 mg caffeine per day would help.

Hydration is an important part of being pregnant. Make sure the water you drink is filtered and purified.
