Before putting the potatoes to boil, cut them into two pieces and then boil. This would speed up the process.
You can add a peeled potato to the dish and take it out after some time. It will absorb extra salt.
Running a sharp blade around the potatoes before you put them to boil can ease the peeling process.
Cut thin slices of potatoes, sprinkle salt and black pepper and microwave for 2:30 mins. Chips are ready.
All you have to do is cut the slices of sweet potatoes and use them in the place of bread toast.
