2 boiled potatoes 1 1/2 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup rice flour Salt to taste 2 chopped green chilies 1 chopped onion 1 tbsp coriander leaves Water as required

First, take potatoes and grate them. Make sure that there are no lumps.

In a bowl, add potatoes with wheat flour, rice flour, green chilies, onion, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well.

Mix well and now add water to make a dosa batter. Let the dosa rest for at least 10 to 15 minutes.

Now, heat a tawa and add a ladleful of batter to it. Drizzle some oil and cook dosa from both sides.

When done, serve the dosa hot with some coconut chutney or coriander chutney. Enjoy!
