Porn Star Martini Cocktail Recipe In 5 Simple Steps

With such a clicking name that was inspired by the scent of a striper's perfume, this drink bears no resemblance to the traditional Martini. However, it is a popular concoction of vanilla and passion fruit served with a shot of Prosecco or Champagne and has become a modern classic on this date.

Ingredients

2 oz (60 ml) Vanilla Vodka 1 oz (30 ml) Passion Fruit Puree or Passion Fruit Juice 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) Vanilla Syrup 1/2 oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice 1/2 oz (15 ml) Passion Fruit Liqueur Prosecco or Champagne (for the shot on the side) Fresh passion fruit or an orange twist (for garnish)

Step 1

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz vanilla vodka, 1 oz passion fruit puree, 3/4 oz vanilla syrup, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, and 1/2 oz passion fruit liqueur.

Step 2

Fill the shaker with ice and shake the mixture vigorously for 10-15 seconds.

Pour the shaken mixture into a chilled martini glass.
