Ponkh Tikki is a delicious treat that celebrates the seasonally delicious jowar, which is called Ponkh or Hurdha in Maharashtra. These tikkis are only picked in the winter, and their unique and healthy flavour celebrates the season.

1 cup Ponkh(Hurda) 1 cup Sev ½ cup Onions 2 Green chillies Salt to taste Handful of Coriander 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Coriander powder Oil - For cooking
Put everything in a blender jar and pulse it until it reaches a coarse consistency, but do not add water.
After transferring to a bowl, create mini tikkis out of them.
To make the tikki, start by adding oil to a pan. Then, carefully place the tikki upside down in the pan and let it roast until it turns a beautiful golden brown colour.
You can enjoy it with your favourite chutney or dip.
